In September 2026 we reviewed this website against WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA and made improvements, including:

• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Stronger color contrast for text, links, buttons and form fields.
• A visible keyboard focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Labels, instructions and required-field indicators on our quote, CCPA, contact and resume forms.
• Pages that can be zoomed and that fit small screens without scrolling sideways.
• Keyboard-accessible dialogs, tabs and menus, and status messages that screen readers announce.
• Removal of automatically moving content from the home page.
• A site map listing every page.

• On office location pages, the small photo thumbnails share a general description, and facility floor plans do not have a detailed text description. Please contact us if you would like a description of a specific facility.
• Login, account and password pages, and survey and profile areas used by C&C staff, have not yet been reviewed.
• Some features are provided by third parties and are outside our control, including Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, and our survey panel website at ccmarketresearchonline.com.
• Digital signage feeds used inside our offices are not part of this website.
